GM - Operations

Qualification - Mechanical Engineering degree with an MBA in Operations or IE from reputed universities.

Experience - At least 20 years in managing factories making capital goods of reputed companies. Should have excellent grasp of multi-locational manufacturing, purchasing, vendor development and subcontracting processes for industrial products. Hands-on exposure to development, launch and field support of new launches in capital goods industries like machine tools, and techniques like TQM / TPM, will be an advantage.

Personal - Excellent communication, team building, negotiation and networking skills. Should be a multi-linguist comfortable in the cultural environments in both North and South of India.
